How We Started
Rosedale Tractor Ltd was established in 2025 following Gary Baars' purchase of Tech Alliance. While Tech Alliance Auto Repair continues to focus exclusively on automotive service, Rosedale Tractor was formed to take on agricultural and heavy-duty equipment service under a dedicated business — allowing for a more focused approach to supporting farmers with the equipment and service they rely on.
While agricultural and heavy-duty repairs were previously handled under the Tech Alliance name, equipment sales are a new and intentional addition to Rosedale Tractor. The sales side of the business was created to better serve farmers looking for reliable equipment backed by knowledgeable support.
Since opening, Rosedale Tractor has become a dealer for GEHL, Schaffer, Göweil, HLA Attachments, MK Martin, Scag Power Equipment, Anderson, and Rim Guard. Our growing lineup reflects our commitment to offering farmers and landowners the right tools for every job.

With over 25 years of agricultural experience, Gary founded Rosedale Tractor following his purchase of Tech Alliance. He built the business on a simple principle: farmers deserve honest advice, fair pricing, and equipment they can depend on.
Joel Eastwood
Sales Manager
Joel leads the sales team with a focus on matching farmers with the right equipment for their operation — without the pressure. He's knowledgeable about the full product lineup and is always available to answer questions.
Micah Schouten
Service Manager
Micah leads a skilled service team including Tyler DeVries and Kees Boer. Together they provide dependable in-shop and mobile service throughout the Fraser Valley, keeping your equipment running when it matters most.
Ashley Pemble
Finance Manager
Ashley manages the financial operations at Rosedale Tractor, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate records. She is your first point of contact for billing, financing inquiries, and office administration.
